How to De-stress

In case you are having a very busy and hectic day or you are feeling tired, here I give you some tips about destressing. Hope these will help you get through your today 🍃

1. Drink a cup of tea ☕
I don't know why, but when I'm feeling dizzy or there's a lot going on my mind, I'd take a cup of tea, especially the hot one. I recommend to drink it in the afternoon because it will makes you feel more relaxed. In my opinion, rainy day is also a perfect time to have tea.
Afternoon + rain + tea = perfection 👌

2. Dance (or exercise) 💃🏻
Dancing or exercise can make you feel more energized. You can forget about your homework or task for a while. For me, dancing makes me feel happier. One thing you have to keep in mind is to control yourself, because once I start dancing, I can't stop moving 😂

3. Hangout 🌹
Take a walk, go shopping, go to a café with your bestfriends! I usually go to a mall or café, but actually, nature is wayyyy better!🌳 It's really refreshing my mind. Because everyday, I see papers, math formulas, and tasks but when I'm close to the nature, I feel free 🍃
